We manufacture our Wood chips by cutting, or chipping, larger pieces of hardwood. Wood chips may be used as a biomass solid fuel and are raw material for producing wood pulp. They may also be used as organic mulch in gardening, landscaping, restoration ecology and mushroom cultivation.
Traditional use of wood chips is as a solid fuel for heating in buildings or in energy plants for generating electric power from renewable energy.
Wood chips are used for MDF manufacturing. MDF is formed by crushing wood chip, combining the resulting fibres with waxes and resins, and applying high temperature and pressure. Because of their strength and flexibility, MDF panels and MDF-based products have become the materials of choice in the building, furniture and joinery industries.
